At Appletree we believe that  no job is too small or unimportant. We understand that many people can't (or don't have time to) perform such tasks as putting up curtain poles or brackets for hanging baskets. Whatever DIY job that you can not (or do not want to) do yourself, let us help

Larger Jobs

Appletree is also equipped to tackle larger jobs such as designing making and installing Windows, Kitchens, Bathrooms. From renovations to furniture making, we can execute your designs or create our own. With an art and design background, we can view your home improvements with a slightly different perspective. Appletree doesn't necessarily think in the way that traditional builders might.

Quality

Based in Chalford, Appletree Property Services believes that an Englishman's home is his castle. Everyone is entitled to their own little retreat away from life's daily stress. So, we treat your home as if it were our own. We aren't happy until you're happy. We are proud to live in the Cotswold's and want to do our part to preserve its' homes and gardens.

No one enjoys paying for something that doesn't live up to their expectations. At Appletree, we want to leave all customers knowing they received value for money. We will provide you with a no obligation quotation after careful consideration of your requirements.
In our experience different customers demand different levels of quality, this we will try and ascertain at our first visit and quote accordingly.

Who we are:

Thank you for allowing us to introduce ourselves. Appletree is a privately owned local business whose owner; Julian, a local, has over twenty years of design and home maintenance experience. A craftsman who takes pride in his work whether it's woodworking, Decorating or refurbishment. Julian has a small network of subcontractors specialising in Project Planning,  Gardening, Groundwork, Garden Maintenance, Electrical work,  Plumbing, Concrete Pumping, Soft Furnishings, Paint Stripping, and Granite & Marble. Who our customers are:
Appletree serves individuals and businesses. Some individuals may need doors hanging, while others need a new bespoke kitchen. Businesses may need fencing erected on their property or shop fittings and storage.

Probably half our customers are single women, who want a service they can trust in their home, someone who they know won't "Rip them off" and who talks to them in plain English and doesn't drink them out of tea and coffee.


What we believe:
We want to do our small part in the community by providing quality services from the onset of the job and not at the end, just to make it look good. We believe that a customer is a customer for life and reliability and . dependability are two words that shouldn't be used lightly.

What Makes us different:
We can execute your designs or create our own. With an art and design background, we can view your home improvements with a different perspective. We don’t necessarily think in the way that traditional builders might. When starting a project you have to look at how the changes will compliment your existing style or how new accessories can be worked in.
