Repairs & Refurbishment

At Appletree, we will consider any repair or refurbishment project and advise on the achievability and cost effectiveness.

Our repairs include any wooden items from re-gluing joints to adding missing mouldings to restoring garden furniture to cabinet mending including doors, shelving, and splitting.

Our restorations include thus far wardrobes, chests, chairs, stair parts, doors, miscellaneous tables and a very large fire damaged churches’ altar.

Although we do not specialize in antique restoration, we do use ageing and distressing techniques to sympathetically match repairs of older furniture or apply to new pieces to keep with the surroundings such as in cottages and period homes.
